Is Free really forever?
Yes. One personalized pick a day, by email, no time limit, no credit card required. We think the picks are good enough to make you want more — but if a daily one is plenty, that's a complete product on its own.
What's the difference between Pro and Family?
Pro is for one person — three picks a day matched to your taste, with SMS delivery, browse mode, and a watchlist. Family is for households: up to four taste profiles on the same account, plus watch together mode that finds picks satisfying multiple people at once.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. You'll keep Pro or Family features until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to the Free plan automatically. No emails, no hoops.
What does "watch together mode" actually do?
When two or more profiles on a Family account are watching together, you toggle the mode and we find picks that satisfy everyone in the room — not just the overlap of your tastes, but titles where each person will enjoy it for different reasons. The classic "what should we watch tonight" problem, solved.
Do I need to use every streaming service to get value?
No. Tell us which services you actually subscribe to (Netflix, Apple TV+, Hulu, Max, Prime, Disney+, Peacock, plus 30+ others) and we only pick from those. If you have just one or two, that's fine — we'll work with what you have.
What's Annual Pro?
$19.99/year — about $1.67/month, roughly a 17% discount. We offer it after you've been on Pro for 30 days, so you've had a chance to see the picks really tune in to your taste before committing for the year.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
